	City Parks Foundation makes vibrant centers of community through sports, arts, community building, and environmental education programs for New Yorkers across all five boroughs.&#38;nbsp;
Capital One City Parks Foundation SummerStage is one of New York’s most beloved, broadly accessible, free outdoor performing arts festivals. SummerStage annually presents more than 80 free and benefit performances in Central Park and neighborhood parks throughout the five boroughs reaching more than 220,000 fans. With diverse artists and performances in genres that represent the cultural fabric of New York City ranging from jazz, hip-hop, Latin, and global to indie and contemporary dance, SummerStage fills a vital niche in the City’s summer arts festival landscape.&#38;nbsp;

	︎︎︎Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco&#38;nbsp;Internship
	The Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco (FAMSF) consists of the de Young museum and the Legion of Honor. During Summer 2023, I worked as their graphic design intern, where I designed various museum collateral. These projects included a billboard, event and departmental signage, and collaborating with the exhibition design intern on a small exhibition. Contemporary Indigenous Voices was made in collaboration with Rima Makaryan, exhibition design intern, and the FAMSF exhibition design department.

	Digital Gardens is an electronic dance and bass music festival held in Charlotte, North Carolina. I wanted to lean into the digital aspect of the name and created some pixelized illustrations of flowers, connecting it to the other half of the name.

Identity
	The Butcher’s Daughter is plant-based restaurant, café, and juice bar.
 Inspired by old painted butcher shop signs on windows. I kept yellow as the accent color from the original identity since it paired well with the atmosphere. My redesign included the menu and exterior and other collateral such as tote bags, aprons, business cards, and match boxes.

Zine
	Select an object and use Helvetica as a foundation to create letterforms that reflect the unique qualities of the object we choose. Then create a type specimen/zine that highlights the custom letterforms and explores the qualities of the object.
The object I chose to base my typeface off of is the Swan Chair, designed by Arne Jacobsen. I was fascinated by the organic shape of it and the negative spaces the arm rests created.

	︎︎︎Quiet Manifesto
Typography
	Select an existing manifesto and redesign it for a digital space. It should reflect our point of view and should include interactive elements for a more engaging experience. 
“The Quiet Manifesto” was written about introverted people. What I gathered from it was that quiet is a strength and can still be powerful despite not being “loud”. I selected a bold, condensed typeface but made it almost invisible against the white background to demonstrate “quiet but bold”. On the faux website, each of the manifesto’s points are listed out, with each point containing a hover state. I curated different types of media that I viewed as “quiet”, from fine art to videos, which would appear when the bullet point is hovered over.
